"The flavour is good and they satisfy hunger very well and help me hit my protein goals. I should have got a variety of flavours because it gets a bit tiresome to have the same flavour a few times a week. I deducted one star because I was advertised to with the promise of a free sampler variety pack with my first order and I never received one, but I would order these again.
