Cod in a can
"I'm glad to be able to purchase cod in a can. I've never seen it like that before. I eat a lot of cod; wild caught, fesh & frozen. I'm from Madrid. We eat a lot of cod in Spain. I like yours OK. I think I would like it better if it were in olive oil. Other than that, it's pretty good & an excellent & clean source of protein."

Excellent Product in Every Way
"This is an amazing product. The portion is very good for the price, the cooking of the fish is excellent, and the cod was very nicely seasoned. The fact that it is cooked in it's own juices means that the fish flavor is not diluted by excess water or bathed in oil, which is typically of low quality. I will buy this product again and often - highly recommended!"

A Convenient, Protein-Packed Staple
"I've been enjoying this cod and have actually been eating it for lunch almost every day since it arrived. It's an incredibly convenient way to add high-quality protein to my meals, and I appreciate the simple ingredients and mild flavor. It pairs well with salads, wraps, and bowls. My only critique is the texture. I personally prefer a firmer, flakier fish, and found this to be a bit softer than expected. That said, it hasn't stopped me from reaching for it almost daily because the convenience and nutrition are hard to beat. Overall, it's a great product, and I'll definitely continue keeping it on hand as an easy, protein-packed lunch option."

A bit misleading, package wise
"The taste is wonderful. Just a bit bummed out because I bought it for a friend, as a gift, and the marketing I saw for this product showed a much different, more sleek and sophisticated package. It almost looked like an Appel product. The package in real life was cute, but not like the ones David advertised. Bummer."

Surprisingly fantastic
"I eat a lot of tinned fish, namely tuna, sardines, and trout. Most are preserved in olive oil though some just in water or nothing, so I also wasn’t sure how the brine on this would taste. They are fantastic. I didn’t put any seasoning on it and just ate out of the can. Definitely plan to buy again and would gladly do so in bulk."

Cleanest cod in a can
"And yet - who wants to have lunch with you? We are living in the Golden Age of Tinned Fish. This is so close. Haven't had other cod like this. If the packaging doesn't upset your stomach, this works. Serviceable. But if I have a couple choices of the $8 dollar and up tunas, I'm going tuna."

Amazing!!
"I can't cook seafood so I eat alot of canned/packaged seafood and this cod is by far the absolute best canned seafood I have ever eaten. It smells very fishy when initially opened but does NOT taste fishy at all. It is a very clean, flaky and enjoyable fish. I love it!"

Strong smell, great taste
"While it smells just like you'd assume canned fish would, the cod itself tastes great and is easily added to a cracker for a great high protein snack."

"This is literally the best tasting canned seafood i have ever tasted. Not joking or paid to say this. Buy the cod, you wont regret it if you are a seafood lover or just trying to get more seafood in your diet."

I LOVE this stuff!
"I am a huge fresh fish fan so was a little worried that the canned cod would be super fishy- but it was delicious! Perfectly flaky and salted to perfection! I’m definitely keeping this in stock at home!!"
