David Canned Cod is wild-caught Atlantic cod from Greenland's North Atlantic waters, with nothing added but a touch of salt. Two ingredients: 99% Atlantic cod and 1% salt. No oils, fillers, or preservatives.

Clean, mild, and naturally savory. No oil, no fillers. The flavor is pure cod with nothing masking it. It's versatile enough to eat straight from the can, flaked over rice or greens, mixed into a high-protein scramble, or used as the base for any recipe that calls for fish. If you've only ever had canned tuna packed in water, this is a significant step up in texture and flavor.

Our canned cod is wild-caught from Greenland's North Atlantic waters, one of the most pristine and well-managed fisheries in the world. They operate under some of the strictest catch quotas and fisheries management standards. The final product is produced in an EU-authorized facility in Denmark under strict quality and sensory controls.

Most canned fish is packed in olive oil, sunflower oil, or heavily seasoned brine, which adds calories and ruins cod's naturally superior protein-to-calorie ratio. David Canned Cod is packed in its own natural flavors, so the macros you see are exactly the macros you get: 18g of protein and 70 calories.

Store unopened cans in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer any remaining cod to a sealed container and refrigerate at or below 41°F.

Unopened, each can has a shelf life of 4½ years from the date of production. You will find the best-before date printed on the bottom of every can.

The canned cod will ship with your protein bars in one package. If your order is very large, it will arrive in more than one package, but these items can ship together.

With 0g carbohydrates, 0g sugar, and no grains, gluten, dairy, or soy, it fits comfortably within many diets including ketogenic, paleo, and gluten-free dietary frameworks.
