The binding system comprises maltitol, collagen, soluble corn fibre, glycerin, gelatin, glucono delta-lactone, xanthan gum, guar gum, sunflower lecithin, and baking soda.Maltitol contributes sweetness with a minimal effect on blood glucose.
The fat system utilises a modified plant fat (EPG) along with small amounts of palm kernel oil. EPG replicates the texture of conventional fat whilst remaining indigestible, contributing only 0.7 calories per gram.
The flavor and color system incorporates non-caloric sweeteners - sucralose and acesulfame potassium - alongside unsweetened chocolate, Dutch process cocoa powder, sweet cream powder, and natural and artificial flavors. Certain flavors also feature naturally sourced colors such as annatto or fruit and vegetable juice.
